Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to lead and coordinate on-site maintenance at Duiven HUB and ELST station, with rotating day/night shifts. You will manage maintenance prep, execution, and reporting via MAXIMO, supervise technicians, order parts, coordinate OEMs, and support repairs of conveyors and electrical/mechanical components to keep sorting operations safe and efficient.

3–5 years in maintenance/coordination, a technical background, and English & Dutch language skills

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical maintenance/coordination and leadership.
• Technical background in electrical/electromechanical fields.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on-site maintenance at Duiven HUB and ELST station.
• Prepare and execute maintenance, report via MAXIMO, supervise technicians.
• Order spare parts, coordinate OEMs, and support repairs of conveyors and related systems.
