Job summary

FedEx Express Netherlands B.V. is seeking an Operations Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on sorting systems and related equipment across NL stations. You will coordinate on-site tasks, manage parts, and document activities in MAXIMO, while collaborating with senior staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in technical maintenance, a relevant MBO qualification, and strong planning and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Moderate 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a technical field.
• Technical studies (MBO) relevant to electrical, electronic and electromechanical work.
• Autonomous and team-oriented with strong planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on sorting systems and equipment.
• Coordinate on-site vendors and providers for maintenance tasks.
• Manage spare parts control, inventory, and re-ordering; track delivery and MAXIMO entries.
• Register activities in MAXIMO and adhere to safety procedures; work with Sr. Technicians.
• Participate in on-call schedule and related administrative duties.
