Job summary

FedEx Netherlands seeks an experienced Operations Maintenance Technician Senior to perform on-site preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on sorting systems across NL stations. You will coordinate providers, manage spare parts, and document activities in MAXIMO while following an on-call schedule and handling related administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in technical maintenance, a solid electrical/electromechanical background, and strong English & Dutch communication

• Moderate 3–5 years in technical maintenance.
• Technical background and expertise.
• Technical studies (MBO) relevant to electrical/electronic/electromechanical.
• Service mindset and attitude.
• Accuracy & attention to detail.

• English & Dutch writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on sorting systems and equipment.
• Coordinate providers and vendors that go on site.
• Manage spare parts control, inventory, re-ordering and delivery tracking.
• Register activities in MAXIMO CMMS.
• Follow on-call schedule and handle administrative tasks (MAXIMO reports, Excel sheets).
