Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a high-potential Maintenance Lead to join our factory team. The successful candidate will coach and develop maintenance capability, spend time on the floor gathering information on breakdowns, defects, and work orders, and work with COE to improve routes and BOM.

You will lead PM planning, schedule maintenance, and ensure safety and quality targets are met while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience performing mechanical, electrical and preventative maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment.
• Ability to read electrical prints and perform wiring up to 480 volts.
• Experience prioritizing maintenance work with a weekly planning schedule.

Responsible for meeting objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and for managing associated risks. – Defines requirements with the project sponsor/customer or senior colleagues, designs the implementation proposal, and evaluates the feasibility. – Responsible for technical and organizational management and financial aspects of the activities. – Reports progress and any issues to more senior management. – Manages all activities of the project team (more than one team member).

Job Description

We are seeking a high-potential Maintenance Lead to join our factory team.

The successful candidate will coach and develop the maintenance capability of teams by serving as a technical coach and resource, spends time on the floor gathering information on breakdowns, defects, and work order completion over the past 24 hours. Works with COE to continuously improve the routes and action plans by surrounding CBM and improve the content and standardization of Bill of Material (BOM). Works with the COE to continuously improve PM work instructions, task list, checklist, maintenance planning, scheduling and kitting, strategies, and orders parts as necessary to support maintenance activities.

What are you going to do?

• Perform all aspects of mechanical, electrical and preventative types of maintenance on various high speed and packaging machinery;
• Trouble shooting;
• Read electrical prints and perform basic wiring up to 480 volts;
• Prioritize PM and AM activities with the weekly schedule;
