Job summary

Enersea BV in Schiedam is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the technical coordination of offshore wind projects, ensuring designs meet client requirements, timelines and budgets.

You will drive innovative, cost-effective offshore solutions, manage interfaces with clients and internal teams, and organize workflows while ensuring deliverables and quality. Hybrid working 0.8–1 FTE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore design.
• Proficiency in Office365; CAD knowledge; FEM tools a plus.
• Dutch-speaking or willing to learn for social integration with colleagues.

Your Role in the team

As a Project Engineer, you will lead the technical coordination of offshore wind projects, ensuring solutions align with client requirements, timelines, and budgets. You’ll play a central role in integrating client needs with project team efforts, fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
