Job summary

NN Re, the reinsurance arm of NN Group, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Application Manager to strengthen its Salesforce landscape in The Hague. This freelance assignment aims to deliver a fully adopted Salesforce Claims Module, with improved governance, data quality and stakeholder visibility, ensuring a smooth handover to a successor.

The role supports a hybrid work model in The Hague, with a start as soon as possible and a duration through December 2027, at 28–36 hours per

Qualifications

Experience in insurance, reinsurance or financial services environments.
Knowledge of treaty management, premium administration and/or claims processes.
Proven experience with Salesforce implementations or significant platform enhancements.
Experience designing and implementing governance and operating models.
Experience working within integrated application landscapes and data ecosystems.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
A hands-on mentality combined with a structured way of working.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Claims Module has been successfully implemented and adopted by the business.
Governance, documentation, auditability and control maturity have demonstrably improved.
Data quality, completeness and user adoption targets are consistently achieved.
Stakeholders have clear visibility of system performance, risks and priorities.
Knowledge has been transferred effectively, enabling a successor to independently perform the role.
