Job summary

NN Re is seeking an Experienced Product Owner to extend and govern the Salesforce Claims Module within our business. You will manage business requirements and product backlogs and drive adoption and process change.

You will also document governance, controls, and operating procedures, train a successor, and ensure a structured handover of responsibilities in a dynamic, modern environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Product Owner, Business Owner, Application Owner, or Salesforce Business Lead.
• Strong experience managing business requirements and product backlogs.
• Demonstrated experience driving business adoption and process change.
• Strong governance, risk, and control awareness.

Responsibilities

• Extend functionalities of the current Salesforce module.
• Manage the business-side implementation of the Salesforce Claims Module.
• Improve documentation, governance, controls, auditability and operating procedures.
• Train a successor and ensure structured handover of responsibilities.
