Job summary

You will govern the platform, improve data quality and user adoption, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into performance and priorities.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce; strong governance skills.
• Experience in insurance, reinsurance or financial services.
• Proven track record with platform enhancements.
• Ability to design governance and operating models.
• Experience with integrated application landscapes and data ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication.
• A hands-on, structured working style.

Responsibilities

• Govern, document, audit and mature Salesforce governance.
• Maintain data quality, completeness and user adoption targets.
• Provide visibility on system performance, risks and priorities.
