Job summary

NN Group N.V. in The Hague is seeking an experienced Salesforce-focused Product Owner/Business Lead to extend the Salesforce Claims Module and oversee its business-side implementation.

You will enhance governance, documentation, controls and operating procedures, while training a successor and ensuring a structured handover of responsibilities. You will collaborate with business teams, IT, Finance and external Salesforce developers.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner, Business Owner, Application Owner, or Salesforce Business Lead.
• Strong background in managing business requirements and product backlogs.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and process change with governance focus.

Responsibilities

• Extend functionalities of the Salesforce module.
• Manage the business-side implementation of the Salesforce Claims Module.
• Improve documentation, governance, controls, auditability and operating procedures.
• Train a successor and ensure structured handover of responsibilities.
