Job summary

Nozomi Networks, a leader in OT and IoT cybersecurity, seeks a Sales Engineer to act as the technical touchpoint within the full sales cycle and beyond. You will support customers and partners, qualify opportunities, and design architectures to include in quotations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as Security Consultant, System Integrator or System Engineer.
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in Cyber Security, incident management or pentesting is desirable.
• Proven experience delivering training programs for partners to drive product adoption and sales success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required by customer engagements.
• Experience in ICS (Industrial Control Systems) security projects is beneficial.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISA99, ISO27001 Lead Auditor) are valued.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in computer systems or telecommunications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and partners during pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities.
• Qualify sales opportunities from a technical perspective, present solutions, gather requirements and design architectures for quotations.
• Serve as technical focal point coordinating communications with customers and partners to convey messages and gather field feedback.
• Follow up with customers and partners to resolve issues or request features, coordinating with R&D as needed.
• Enable and train partners to position, sell, and support Nozomi Networks solutions.
