Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager at our Tilburg site to lead Lean initiatives, coach teams, and embed continuous improvement across operations. The role partners with Operations and QESH to standardize processes and drive sustainable performance gains.

You will develop Lean training, coach teams in Kaizen, 5S, and Gemba, and lead the onsite Training team to build capability and ownership across the operation.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement within a 3PL logistics or similarly complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction, process improvement).
• Experience coaching, training, and engaging teams to drive operational excellence.
• Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Lead the implementation and deployment of the Lean program across the Tilburg site, driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, quality, and efficiency
• Develop and deliver Lean training, coaching teams on methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Gemba, and structured problem‑solving techniques
• Partner with Operations and the QESH team to standardize processes and ensure work instructions remain accurate, practical, and up to date
• Lead and develop the onsite Training team, providing coaching and support to the Team Lead and eight trainers to build capability across the operation
• Act as a trusted Continuous Improvement partner across the site by sharing best practices, facilitating collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement

What You'll Bring To GXO
