Job summary

H&M Group in Amsterdam seeks a Continent Planning & Ops Lead to steer stock balance actions, budget moves, and forecast processes while coordinating with logistics to meet the demand plan.

You will manage pre-season and in-season stock deployment, fulfillment parameters, and S&OP across Planning Markets, ensuring efficient delivery schedules and harmonized processes with D&S specialists.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of Logistics, incl warehouse operations, order fulfilment flows, and transport capacity management.
• Proven experience analysing fulfilment KPIs and translating data into operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate stock balance actions across Planning Markets/RW with a focus on efficiency.
• Own the moves budget and forecast process, coordinating with logistics and D&S colleagues.
• Follow up on stock moves uplift, profit and lead times, acting as SPOC for logistics on moves.
