Rituals Group in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Manager Network Planning to lead our daily supply operations within the Supply Planning & Inventory department and ensure omnichannel availability across locations. Reporting to the Director, you will connect planning, finance, and logistics to optimize performance.

You will coach the Network Planning team, own inbound capacity forecasts, and drive scalable processes to support international growth.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations and/or Planning.
• 3–4 years of proven people-management experience.
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into actions.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and execution-focused with strategic vision.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop the Network Planning team with clarity and accountability.
• Direct inbound and order management to balance supply, inventory, and costs.
• Own inbound and transfer capacity forecasting and align with stakeholders.
• Coordinate the weekly S&OE process across omnichannel replenishment and logistics.
• Establish performance reporting for availability and supplier capacity; drive issues to resolution.
