Job summary

Haddad Brands Europe is seeking a Buying & Planning Manager in Hilversum to drive demand-led buying and replenishment for Accessories & Hosiery across multiple European brands. The role requires coordinating with brand planners, monitoring inventory, and optimizing assortments to maximize sell-through.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, buying, allocation, or merchandising in retail, fashion, or sporting goods.
• Exposure to Accessories & Hosiery or multi-brand environments is a plus.
• Experience coordinating across multiple brands or stakeholders in parallel.
• Strong quantitative skills, with ability to translate data into buy and replenishment decisions.
• High attention to detail for large SKU volumes in accessories & hosiery.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple brands’ demand plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive accurate, demand-led buys and replenishment for Accessories & Hosiery across brands.
• Monitor sell-in and inventory to identify risks/opportunities and improve forecast accuracy.
• Manage in-season inventory, re-buys, and stock rebalancing to maximize sell-through.
• Execute assortment and sizing/depth architecture per brand planners, market and channel needs.
• Absorb forecasting workload from sports brand planners to let them focus on strategy.
• Partner with brand planners and Global Demand Planning to align demand with seasonal plans.
• Build and maintain reports on sales, inventory, and demand performance.
• Support process and reporting improvements for demand planning.
