Job summary

n8n GmbH is building the company brain by designing and operating a shared context architecture. You will define taxonomy, structure, and templates to turn fragmented knowledge into reliable context for people and AI agents.

You will onboard teams, provide templates and guidance, and collaborate with IT, Security, and Legal to govern access and data flows. This role shapes how knowledge is stored, accessed, and reused across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing structured content or knowledge programs at scale (taxonomies, style guides, templates).
• Hands-on work with knowledge or context systems to turn fragmented information into usable context.
• Fluency configuring and operating SaaS knowledge or context platforms with APIs and integrations.
• Track record training non-technical stakeholders and enabling long-term content maintenance.
• Ability to partner with IT, Security and Legal on access requirements and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Design the taxonomy, structure, contributor guidelines, and templates for reliable knowledge context.
• Establish standards to navigate, maintain, and reuse knowledge without duplication.
• Onboard functions to the company brain and train champions to maintain knowledge over time.
• Configure and operate ingestion from Slack, Gong, Drive, Notion via the context platform; handle basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Legal to define access requirements for sensitive knowledge.
