BCG Platinion in the Netherlands seeks an AI Architect to shape next‑gen AI architectures for global enterprises. You will design agentic platforms, autonomous deployment pipelines, and intelligent systems that translate enterprise knowledge into scalable business impact.

You will turn business requirements into scalable architectures, implement governance, and enable secure AI engineering with cross‑functional teams. Fluency in English and German is required; willing to travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• You have hands-on experience with AI systems, including LLM-based applications, AI agents, or ML platforms.
• You are familiar with modern software delivery approaches such as DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• You can translate complex business requirements into technical architectures and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• You thrive in interdisciplinary, global teams and are willing to travel as needed.

• Design AI-driven target architectures and AI-based software factories for enterprise scale.
• Develop AI-powered delivery pipelines translating processes and standards into executable workflows.
• Establish governance with validation, identity boundaries, and end-to-end traceability.
• Implement evaluation and security mechanisms including automated testing and architecture checks.
• Translate business knowledge into machine-readable structures (architectural decisions, APIs, domain models).
• Turn business intent into scalable architectures and embed AI into existing landscapes and operating models.
