Job summary

Siemens AG (Mendix) seeks a Solutions Engineer for Data & Graph to design and implement knowledge graphs and ontologies, guiding data architecture for AI-enabled solutions. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineers across product, GTM, and delivery to translate complex data into scalable references for customer engagements.

The role focuses on building reusable patterns, valid architectures, and impactful demos, enabling GTM and delivery teams to showcase AI-powered capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and building knowledge graphs and ontologies.
• Strong understanding of graph data modelling, semantic modelling, and ontology design.
• Data engineering fundamentals: pipelines, data preparation, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Ability to translate data and graph architectures into reusable patterns and clear technical narratives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across Product, GTM, engineering, and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build knowledge graphs and ontologies underpinning Mendix AI solutions, demos, and customer implementations.
• Own the data and graph architecture workstream within integrated team solutions with other Solutions Engineers.
• Turn validated customer work into reusable assets: reference architectures, blueprints, accelerators, and repeatable patterns.
• Contribute to customer engagements, events, and analyst briefings as the data/graph expert.
• Ground GTM positioning with validated technical proof points, supporting executive demos and analyst briefings.
