Lead AI operating models, governance, and change management while aligning business, processes, and technology to deliver scalable AI solutions. 5 days onsite at client locations with a full-time employment arrangement.

Role Summary

Seeking a senior AI Transformation Leader to drive enterprise-wide AI strategy, adoption, and business transformation. The role will partner with executive stakeholders to define AI operating models, lead organizational change, and deliver measurable business value through responsible and scalable AI implementations.

Key Skills & Capabilities

• Executive stakeholder management and trusted advisor experience.
• Enterprise AI strategy, transformation leadership, and operating model design.
• Expertise in AI adoption, change management, capability building, and leadership enablement.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, data & analytics, automation, AI governance, and Responsible AI.
• Ability to align business strategy, process redesign, technology, and people transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen, business case development, portfolio prioritization, and benefits realization.
• Excellent consulting, facilitation, influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience Required

• 18+ years of experience in consulting, AI/Data transformation, digital transformation, or senior business leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
• Strong track record of driving AI initiatives from strategy and experimentation to enterprise adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and shaping transformation portfolios and strategic business cases.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
