Job summary

Q4S is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor in the Netherlands to lead steel construction projects on site. You will supervise welders, ensure quality and safety, and keep the construction schedule on track for a 12+ month engagement.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in steel or industrial construction, and a solid understanding of welding and assembly techniques, with Dutch language proficiency and a VCA VOL certificate.

Qualifications

About the role

For a leading client in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Construction Supervisor to manage welders, monitor the schedule and safeguard quality and safety on site. A challenging role of 12+ months in which your technical knowledge and leadership directly contribute to high-quality projects.
