Job summary

Anotech is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Piping Supervisor to join our site team on a major Netherlands industrial installation. You will oversee erection of mechanical equipment, assembly of piping systems, and coordination of subcontractors during construction and pre-commissioning.

The role requires strong technical leadership, safety focus, and ability to drive progress, quality, and compliance with ASME, B31.3 standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as Mechanical & Piping Supervisor on industrial construction projects.
• Mandatory experience with oxygen and hydrogen service piping (materials, cleanliness, safety constraints).
• Strong background in mechanical assembly and industrial piping installation.
• Proven ability to supervise teams and subcontractors on complex industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety and ensure full compliance with HSE rules.
• Supervise installation of pressure vessels, skids, cooling towers, and industrial piping.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily interfaces between disciplines.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to engineering documentation.
• Conduct inspections, validate ITPs, and ensure proper quality documentation.
• Issue weekly reports to site management.
• Validate BOQs and progress measurements.

You will oversee the erection of mechanical equipment, the assembly of piping systems, and the coordination of subcontractors during construction and pre‑commissioning.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to drive safety, quality, and progress on a complex industrial site.

• Lead site safety and ensure full compliance with HSE rules
• Supervise installation of pressure vessels, skids, cooling towers, and industrial piping
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily interfaces between disciplines
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to engineering documentation
• Conduct inspections, validate ITPs, and ensure proper quality documentation
• Resolve technical issues and support engineering with missing documents
• Report weekly KPIs: progress, welding, erected tonnage, NCRs, SEWOs
• Validate BOQs, additional works, and progress measurements
• Issue weekly reports to site management
