Job summary

Q4S is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor in the Netherlands to lead steel construction projects on site. You will supervise welders, ensure quality and safety, and keep the construction schedule on track for a 12+ month engagement.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in steel or industrial construction, and a solid understanding of welding and assembly techniques, with Dutch language proficiency and a VCA VOL certificate.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in steel construction or industrial construction.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Knowledge of welding and assembly techniques.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• VCA VOL certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervising welders on site and coordinating activities.
• Monitoring the schedule and progress of construction work.
• Carrying out quality control on welding and assembly.
• Ensuring safety on site and leading toolbox meetings.
• Consulting with project management and other disciplines.
• Requesting and managing materials and equipment.
• Reporting on progress and bottlenecks.
