Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in steel construction or heavy industry.
• Experience with quality management systems, especially ISO 9001.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of norms and standards in steel construction.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• VCA VOL certificate and ISO 9001 internal auditor certification are desirable.

Requirements

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level.
• You have thorough knowledge of relevant norms and standards within steel construction and industry.
• You possess strong leadership and communication skills.
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• You are proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• You hold a VCA VOL certificate.
• You have an internal auditor certification (ISO 9001).

Nice to have

• Experience with NDT techniques (Non-Destructive Testing).
• Knowledge of welding processes and qualifications.
