Job summary

Undutchables is seeking a Compliance Officer to own and evolve the organization’s compliance framework as it grows internationally. Reporting to the CFO, you will translate complex rules into practical solutions and lead awareness sessions to ensure clear, practical application of compliance practices.

Your focus includes trade/export regulation controls, KYC/CDD due diligence, GDPR privacy governance, and supporting sales with due diligence on customer transactions.

Qualifications

• Develop and strengthen policies, processes and controls on trade and export regulations, sanctions and KYC/CDD.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on customers and transactions.
• Advise colleagues and run awareness sessions that make compliance clear and easy to apply.
• Coordinate the privacy and data protection framework, including GDPR.
