Job summary

Uitzendbureau zoekt een Compliance Officer voor de Nederlandse organisatie die rapporteert aan de CFO en verantwoordelijk is voor het naleven van het compliantieskader, internationaal groeiend en praktisch toepasbaar.

Je ontwikkelt beleid en processen, bewaakt regelgeving, voert due diligence uit en coördineert privacy en GDPR. Je deelt kennis en zorgt voor duidelijke handvatten voor collega’s.

Qualifications

• 3–6 jaar ervaring in compliance, regulatory affairs of risk management.
• Ervaring in een internationaal B2B-omgeving, bij voorkeur in tech of IT-distributie.
• Kennis van handels- en exportcontroles, sancties, KYC/CDD en derdepartij due diligence.
• Pragmatische, praktijkgerichte instelling en durven op te komen.
• Uitstekend Engels, schriftelijk en mondeling (Nederlands is een plus).

Responsibilities

• Ontwikkelen en versterken van beleid, processen en controles op handels- en exportregelgeving.
• Toezicht houden op regelgevingswijzigingen en impact op klanten/transacties beoordelen.
• Ondersteunen van Sales en Export Desk met due diligence bij klanttransacties.
• Coördineren van privacy- en gegevensbeschermingskader, inclusief GDPR.
• Collega’s adviseren en awareness-sessies verzorgen die compliance begrijpelijk maken

Job description

Vacaturebeschrijving As a Compliance Officer, you take ownership of the compliance framework across the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, you make sure the business keeps growing internationally the right way. This is not a role for ticking boxes: you build, improve and turn complex rules into practical solutions.

Your main tasks:

• Develop and strengthen policies, processes and controls on trade and export regulations, sanctions and KYC/CDD
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on customers and transactions
• Support Sales and the Export Desk with due diligence on customer transactions
• Coordinate the privacy and data protection framework, including GDPR
• Advise colleagues and run awareness sessions that make compliance clear and easy to apply

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs or risk management
• Experience in an international B2B environment, ideally in tech or IT distribution
• Knowledge of trade and export controls, sanctions, KYC/CDD and third-party due diligence
• A pragmatic, hands-on mindset and the confidence to speak up when needed
• Excellent English, written and spoken (Dutch is a plus)
