Zusammenfassung

Infinite Group is seeking a hands-on Compliance Officer to own and strengthen its compliance framework across trade controls, sanctions, KYC/CDD, and third‑party due diligence. You’ll report to the CFO within the BOL department and collaborate with teams across the international organization.

You will drive practical policy development, translate complex regulations, and embed compliant processes in daily workflows while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or a related field.
• Experience in an international B2B environment, preferably within technology, IT distribution, or a similar industry.
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements, including trade/export controls, sanctions, KYC/CDD, and third‑party due diligence.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into clear, practical policies and processes.
• Pragmatic, hands‑on mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Confident in challenging decisions and communicating across departments.
• English fluency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and strengthen the compliance framework across Infinite Group, covering trade, export controls and third‑party due diligence.
• Lead KYC/CDD enhancements and integrate compliance controls into daily workflows.
• Coordinate privacy and data protection governance, including GDPR, across teams.
• Provide guidance and oversight to operational teams while maintaining effective controls.
• Prepare updates for senior management and track action items and risks.
• Raise awareness through training sessions to make regulations practical and understandable.
