Job summary

Infinite Group is looking for a hands-on Compliance Officer to strengthen our compliance framework across the organisation. You will manage trade and export controls, sanctions, KYC/CDD, and third-party due diligence, translating complex rules into practical policies and clear processes.

You’ll report to the CFO within the BOL department and collaborate with colleagues across our international business to embed robust compliance into daily operations and decisions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or a related field.
• Experience in an international B2B environment, preferably within technology, IT distribution, or a similar industry.
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements, preferably including trade and export controls, sanctions, KYC/CDD, and third‑party due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen the compliance framework across Infinite Group.
• Oversee trade/export controls, sanctions, KYC/CDD, and third-party due diligence.
• Translate complex regulations into clear, practical policies and processes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Export Desk, and other departments to integrate controls into daily workflows.
• Provide guidance and oversight to operational teams and report to CFO.
• Lead awareness sessions to make complex regulations understandable and actionable.
