Job summary

NN Group is seeking a data scientist to build and improve AI-driven solutions for Compliance in a regulated environment. You will work hands-on on data analyses, dashboards and end-to-end AI deployments, partnering with engineers and analysts to deliver reliable, explainable results.

You will own data and AI solutions from design to production, ensure governance and risk considerations, and apply responsible AI practices across the lifecycle. Hybrid work and extensive training are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative or IT-focused discipline.
• Hands-on Python and building, deploying and operating ML/AI applications.
• Experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, data prep and deployment helps across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and improve data analyses, dashboards and AI-driven solutions for Compliance.
• Work hands-on with complex data, models and assumptions to create robust, explainable solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of data and AI solutions, including maintenance and reducing technical debt.
• Apply responsible AI principles across solution lifecycle, including AI Act classification and risk assessments.
• Translate Compliance challenges into analytical or AI solutions and deploy with engineers and analysts.
