Organon is building an AI-enabled way of working to help colleagues make sharper decisions, automate mundane tasks, and improve everyday health for women. As an AI & Technology Analyst, you design AI solutions, lead their delivery, and ensure durable business impact.

You will operate with significant autonomy, guiding solution design, tool selection, and prioritization while coaching junior colleagues and aligning with compliance standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO or WO degree in Information Technology, Data Science, AI, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience delivering data, analytics, or AI solutions in a business context.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python; cloud/AI platforms like Azure or Copilot; data models and validation in regulated environments.
• Fluent Dutch and English; clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Opportunity Discovery with structured workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design and deliver end-to-end AI/analytics solutions that are scalable and compliant.
• Architect data flows and models with governance and reproducible pipelines.
• Lead platform strategy, governance, and adoption metrics for AI/Analytics.
• Own projects from initiation to delivery, managing scope, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Build capability and coach the BT team, creating reusable assets and playbooks.
• Navigate compliance by design, aligning with GxP and audit requirements.
