Job summary

DataSnipper is seeking a Solutions Architect to be the trusted technical voice for our most strategic accounts as we scale our cloud platform and agentic AI in regulated industries.

You will collaborate with Solution Engineering and Sales on enterprise deals, build reference architectures, and develop enablement materials to empower our GTM teams. You will help define the SA function and drive security and compliance discussions across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in solution architecture or pre-sales engineering.
• Strong knowledge of public cloud architecture and security.
• Experience leading security and compliance conversations with enterprise IT/InfoSec.

Responsibilities

• Win the technical conversation in strategic deals with enterprise and Big 4 opportunities.
• Articulate DataSnipper's cloud platform architecture focusing on security, scalability, and compliance by design.
• Lead narrative on agentic AI in regulated environments with clear governance and audit trails.
• Create scalable enablement assets: reference architectures, security one-pagers, and playbooks.
• Define the SA function: intake model, KPIs, and engagement playbook for future SAs.
• Collaborate with Product and InfoSec to shape roadmaps based on customer feedback.
