Copyright Power International is seeking an experienced PR professional to elevate our profile in the international music scene. You will write and distribute press releases, leverage a global network, and refresh our social channels with a collaborative creative team.

You will also develop the personal branding and visibility of our Director and General Manager, and support PR for the Academy. This freelance, invoiced role offers hybrid work with scope and start date by agreement.

Qualifications

• Proven PR experience in the music industry, at a label, publisher, artist management or specialist agency.
• An extensive, active international network: press, trade media and industry contacts.
• Experience with personal branding for directors and executives.
• Excellent writing in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Write and distribute press releases to international music trade press and media.
• Leverage your network to promote CPI, composers and catalogue to media and partners.
• Refresh and boost CPI's social channels with the creative team.
• Develop the personal branding and visibility of the Director and General Manager.
• Support PR and communication around CPI Academy.
• Identify PR opportunities and advise on communication strategy.

An experienced PR professional with a strong international network in the music industry, to put CPI firmly on the map: press releases, international visibility, a fresh boost for our socials and the personal branding of our Director and General Manager.

What you'll do

• Write and distribute press releases for CPI, aimed at international music trade press and relevant media
• Use your network to bring CPI, our composers and our catalogue to the attention of press, partners and industry contacts
• Give our social channels a new look and boost, together with our creative all-rounder
• Develop the personal branding and visibility of our Director and General Manager
• Support PR and communication around our Academy
• Spot PR opportunities and advise proactively on our communication strategy

Who you are

• Proven PR experience in the music industry, at a label, publisher, artist management or specialist agency
• An extensive, active international network: press, trade media and industry contacts
• Experience with personal branding for directors and executives
• Excellent writing in Dutch and English
• Independent, proactive and results-driven
• Comfortable working with an in-house creative team, also remotely
