FABRICations in Amsterdam seeks a PR & Communications Officer to translate complex content into engaging messaging. You will produce weekly content for website, social media, and newsletters, and manage the publishing plan and tone of voice.

Do you want to contribute to our mission and help make our story visible? We are looking for an enthusiastic PR & Communications Officer who can translate complex content into creative and engaging messaging.
Produce weekly and monthly content for the website, social media, and newsletter (Instagram/ LinkedIn)
Overall responsibility for content planning and communications strategy: develop and maintain a publishing plan and tone of voice
Assist in the gathering of information and submission for tenders
Write and refine copy for project stories, website content, press releases, presentations, project sheets, portfolios, and office CVs in both English and Dutch
Coordinate and create visuals: photography, video, design, and visual updates
Maintain and update the website (in regards to SEO, AEO, Google Analytics)
Manage media relations and ensure our content is shared across external platforms
Contribute ideas for the impact phase of projects and help expand our reach
You have a completed bachelor's degree in PR, Media, Marketing & Communications, or a related field
You are curious and eager to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, written and verbal Dutch communication skills are a strong plus
You work accurately, in a structured way, and enjoy organizing
You're hands-on and proactive: you spot what needs to be done and take action
You enjoy working independently but also thrive in a team
You have experience with MS Office and preferably with tools like Adobe, Squarespace, Google Analytics, Buffer
A strong affinity for design, urbanism, architecture, and landscape design
