Hanson Search Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager / PR Consultant in Amsterdam. You will provide strategic PR and communications guidance, lead major campaigns and manage client accounts while driving growth and collaborating with international colleagues.

Our client is an international PR and communications agency with a long heritage in technology PR, combined with an integrated, modern approach spanning public relations, content, digital marketing and strategic communications. The agency has offices across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, and works with innovative brands.

Its Amsterdam office is a close-knit team of PR and communications specialists, working alongside many international colleagues, and is looking for a Senior Account Manager / PR Consultant to help deliver strong PR results for its clients.

Location: Amsterdam. Open to candidates relocating from London, elsewhere in the Netherlands or Belgium.

What you'll do

No two days are the same, but you will definitely:

• Provide strategic PR and communications advice


• Develop and execute impactful communications campaigns


• Write and proofread thought leadership content


• Lead high-profile accounts or large-scale projects and support colleagues in account teams


• Contribute to the growth of the agency through new business activities


• Manage budgets and oversee multiple accounts

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in PR and communications, preferably at an agency


• Experience in both B2B and B2C communications


• The ability to advise a range of clients and proactively propose smart solutions


• A creative mindset, thinking in terms of new ideas and insights


• Confidence using AI tools and emerging technologies for content optimisation, research and the automation of tasks and processes


• An affinity for technology and clients in the tech sector


• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken) and excellent English; knowledge of French is a plus


• A drive to challenge yourself and the team to think one step further
