Job summary

Reaktor Innovations Oy is seeking a Business Development Lead to grow its retail presence in Amsterdam. You will leverage an established Amsterdam network to close new business, shape go-to-market strategies, and build long-term client partnerships with the support of multidisciplinary teams.

You will identify potential retail clients, lead senior meetings, and translate client needs into tailored digital solutions, while guiding proposals and negotiations toward durable account growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing new business in Amsterdam.
• Established network in Amsterdam retail market.
• Ability to translate client needs into tailored digital solutions.
• Experience with complex technology services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential retail clients in Amsterdam
• Lead meetings with senior stakeholders
