Job summary

Accell Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to strengthen its Parts & Accessories business by partnering with suppliers and driving brand activations, POS initiatives, and events. You will bridge global strategy with local execution, collaborating with suppliers, Business Units, Sales, and regional activation teams.

The role requires leading activation initiatives, traveling regionally and across Europe, and contributing to dealer value through strategic commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in (trade) marketing or commercial roles.
• Experience in bicycle industry or FMCG is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the region and pan-European.

Responsibilities

• Building supplier partnerships.
• Align on objectives and annual activation plan with global brand partners, including quarterly reviews.
• Act as performance owner for selected brands, feeding insights to global and local sell-out.
• Develop Global Activation Plans and align Cross-Regional Execution.
• Develop scalable activation concepts for assigned global brands, ensuring consistency across regions.
• Adapt global activation frameworks for local brands to meet regional needs.
• Deliver Dealer Value and develop global cross-category commercial strategies to maximize dealer sell-out.
• Develop sales fundamentals in collaboration with regional Sales teams.
• Grow Category Expertise in the Organization with the category analyst and keep/add recommendations.
• Optimize activation effectiveness and share best practices in forecast cycle.
