Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales quotation, customer administration, or commercial support.
• Experience handling quotations, order fulfilment, and invoicing.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Customer service and follow-up skills, with reliability and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate service bookings with technical and operations teams.
• Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing customers; identify opportunities for additional services.
• Handle order processing, maintain commercial documentation, and support contract and pricing negotiations within company guidelines.
• Maintain timely updates and high-quality service in line with Tru-Marine standards.
