Job summary

Alphatron Marine in Rotterdam is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales process from inquiry to delivery. You will follow up customer inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders in our ERP system, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.

The role requires a commercial mindset, strong organisational skills, and fluency in Dutch and English. You will work 36–40 hours weekly in a dynamic team environment with training opportunities and generous vacation days.

Qualifications

• MBO level or equivalent required.
• Commercial mindset and strong organisational skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders in ERP.
• Monitor orders and ensure accurate administration.
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales, purchasing and technical teams.
• Support the sales team with daily commercial activities.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer projects.
• Maintain accurate records on deliveries, order status and invoicing.
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction with timely support.
