• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in marine, offshore, or industrial services sectors is beneficial, especially in MRO or technical service environments.
• Proficiency in standard office software and basic business documentation (quotations, contracts, reports).
• A relevant diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Rotterdam, collaborate in a diverse team, and communicate comfortably in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP or invoicing systems will be an advantage
