Job summary

Lamb Weston EMEA is seeking a Commercial Controller to elevate financial performance across the region. You will partner with senior leaders, deliver robust analyses, and drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or related field.
• Experience in business controlling, FP&A and finance business partnering.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Experience in complex, international organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making and build partnerships.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, performance management and reporting.
• Experience leading projects in an international environment.
• Excellent analytical, data triangulation and communication skills.
• Well-organized, proactive and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• ERP systems and reporting tools experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or other European languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor performance against plans, budgets, forecasts and objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders on strategy development, execution and performance tracking.
• Deliver analyses that identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Coordinate strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Prepare and present management reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Challenge forecasts to improve accuracy and outcomes.
• Conduct variance analyses against budgets and targets.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Support risk management, governance and compliance where relevant.
• Act as a co-pilot to drive performance and value creation.
