The International Baccalaureate in The Hague is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end negotiations for digital software partners. You will draft MSAs, SLAs and NDAs, manage pricing discussions, and translate technical needs into enforceable commercial terms across complex vendor relationships.
You will collaborate with Legal, Delivery and Information Security to embed risk controls, ensure IP protection, and monitor contract performance.
Salary: HG18 up to £98,000 | €130,000
Job Type: UK - Full-Time, Permanent | Netherlands - Initial contract period of 12 months followed by an indefinite contract
