The International Baccalaureate (IB) is seeking an experienced administrator to support IB Educator Network operations from The Hague, with some remote work.
You will manage educator records, support recruitment and onboarding, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver services across IB programmes.
Salary: £30,933 - £38,667 | €45,267 - €56,584, negotiable depending on experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Fixed term until 31 March 2028. Cardiff: 37.5 hours per week | The Hague: 40 hours per week
Location: Cardiff, UK | The Hague, Netherlands
Hybrid working: 1 day in office per week (Wednesday)

About The Job
For the International Baccalaureate, IB educators are valuable and essential contributors who work with IB staff to meet the needs of interested, candidate and authorized schools and support the enduring IB mission. This position supports educators onsite and remotely and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to help the IB Educator Network operate efficiently. The role contributes to the recruitment, training and ongoing support of qualified IB Educators who deliver services to schools across all four IB programmes globally, while helping protect the integrity of the IB through effective data management and compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
