Macro delivers facilities management and technology solutions from Hilversum. We seek a Data and Finance Analyst to produce budgets, forecasts, and spend analyses, working with the on-site team and UK finance to optimize value for the client and Macro.

Ideal candidates will be part-qualified or fully qualified accountants with advanced Excel skills, fluent English, and strong stakeholder and commercial acumen. The role reports into the Hilversum Operations team with collaboration across Macro.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with on-site and remote collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer-focused with strong commercial acumen and numeracy.
• Proficient with IT tools, MS Office, and advanced Excel.
• Fluent English and strong team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Produce annual budgets for client and company (revenue and capex).
• Create monthly forecasts and year-end outturns for revenue and capex.
• Raise monthly invoices and pass-through invoices with accuracy.
• Monitor income and spend vs budget; report variances to management.
• Support supplier performance analysis with financial insights.
• Prepare bespoke spend analyses for maintenance and store openings.
