Job summary

Join us as a Technology Solutions Intern at our international headquarters in Utrecht, starting September 2026. You will perform your own research project related to new ingredients, coffee and process technologies and assist in general team activities, including tastings, pilot plant trials and data analysis.

You will gain hands-on experience through experimentation, technology implementation, data analysis and knowledge capture, with a monthly allowance and travel compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor or master's program for the duration of the internship.
• Strong MS Office skills and fluent written and spoken English.
• Some hands-on experience with food research activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Experimentation & Optimization: lead and conduct lab or pilot plant experiments to improve coffee and ingredient processing methods.
• Technology Implementation: assist in implementing new technologies and equipment on the pilot line.
• Data Analysis: analyze data to identify trends and propose innovative solutions.
• Knowledge Capture: develop SOPs and best practices for process technology improvement.
