Applied Microelectronics AME is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to produce high-precision components and tooling in a modern, multidisciplinary environment in Brainport Eindhoven. You will operate and set up machines, interpret drawings, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
Candidates should have MBO-level vocational training or equivalent, exposure to CNC operations (milling, grinding), and strong attention to detail. English proficiency is required for collaboration in an international team.

As a CNC Machinist, you are responsible for producing high-precision components and tooling within our mechanical manufacturing environment. You work with a modern CNC machine park and ensure that parts are machined accurately according to technical drawings, specifications, and required tolerances.
Operate and set up CNC machines, including 5-axis simultaneous milling, Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), Wire EDM, and precision grinding.
Read and interpret technical drawings, including dimensions, shapes, and tolerances.
Prepare machines, tools, and programs for production.
Check machined parts to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Identify when adjustments or additions to CNC programs are required and discuss these with the CAM programmer.
Perform daily maintenance on machines and tools to ensure a safe and reliable working environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement of machining processes and ways of working.
MBO-level vocational education or equivalent working experience.
Experience with CNC machining and machining operations, preferably milling, grinding, and/or drilling.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
Accurate and quality-focused, with an eye for detail and precision.
Practical and hands-on, with a willingness to work with different machining technologies.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
