Job summary

Luba zoekt een CNC-operator in Eindhoven voor een fulltime positie in een high-tech omgeving. Je werkt met moderne machines en krijgt volop trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je start dagelijks met het opzetten en bedienen van CNC-machines en werkt mee aan kwaliteitscontroles en procesverbeteringen.

Je leest technische tekeningen, werkt nauwkeurig en communiceert in het Engels. Een lange termijn rol met ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling in een internationaal team.

Qualifications

• MBO-diploma of vergelijkbare technische ervaring.
• Ervaring met CNC-bewerking (frezen/slijpen/drillen is een plus).
• Tekening lezen en begrijpen.
• Nauwkeurig werken en kwaliteitsbewustzijn.
• Goede Engelse communicatie.

Responsibilities

• Opzetten en bedienen van CNC-machines, incl. 5-assige frezen, draad-EDM en precisie slijpen.
• Tekenen lezen en machines voorbereiden zodat onderdelen aan specificaties voldoen.
• Controleren van onderdelen op kwaliteit en afwijkingen aanpakken in samenwerking met programmeurs.
• Dagelijkse kleine onderhoudstaken en een veilige, schone werkplek waarborgen.
• Actief meedenken met productieprocessen en continu verbeteren.

Over de vacature:

Do you want to use and further develop your technical skills? As a cnc operator, you get the chance to work with the most modern machines in the production of high-tech parts. You work full-time, during the day, in an innovative environment where your development is key. You’ll have plenty of opportunities for training and to grow within the company. This position is for the long term, so you’re really helping to build the future!
You start your working day by setting up and operating cnc machines, including 5-axis milling, wire EDM, and precision grinding. You read technical drawings, prepare the machines, and check if all parts meet the highest quality standards. You immediately notice if something needs adjusting, think along with the programmers, and do daily minor maintenance. This way, you and your colleagues ensure a safe, tidy workplace and continuously improve the production process.

Wat wij vragen:

• You have mbo-level education or comparable technical experience
• You have experience with cnc machining (milling, grinding, or drilling is a plus)
