Job summary

APS Personeel zoekt een CNC Operator Dayshift in de omgeving Eindhoven. Je stelt in, bedient en bewaakt diverse CNC-bewerkingsprocessen met Hermle 5‑as machines en Heidenhain‑besturingen om precisieonderdelen te produceren.

Je werkt nauw samen met CAM-ingenieurs, leest technische tekeningen, voert Metingen en kwaliteitscontroles uit. Het bruto uurloon is €17,08, met 27 vakantiedagen, 13 ADV-dagen en gratis lunch per dag.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als CNC-operator, CNC-machinist of machine operator in productieomgeving.
• In staat technische tekeningen te lezen en nauwkeurige metingen uit te voeren.
• Goede beheersing van Engels en/of Nederlands.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en instellen van CNC-machines, inclusief 5-assige freesmachines.
• Lezen van technische tekeningen en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
• Uitvoeren van metingen en dimensionale controles.
• Toezicht houden op bewerkingsprocessen en indien nodig machine-aanpassingen maken.
• Dagelijks onderhoud van de machines.
• Samenwerken met CAM-ingenieurs om productieprocessen te optimaliseren.

Functieomschrijving CNC Operator Dayshift

Within this modern high-tech manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring various CNC machining processes used to produce precision components. You will work with advanced equipment, including Hermle 5-axis machining centres with Heidenhain controls, 5-axis simultaneous milling machines, Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), Wire EDM and precision grinding machines, while collaborating closely with CAM Engineers who support the programming side of production.

In return, you will receive a gross hourly salary of € 17,08, work a day shift from 07:00 to 15:30, enjoy 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days, and benefit from a free lunch every day.

What will you do?

• Operate and set up different CNC machines, including 5-axis milling machines
• Read technical drawings and perform quality inspections
• Perform quality inspections and dimensional checks
• Monitor machining processes and make machine adjustments when needed
• Carry out daily machine maintenance activities
• Work closely with CAM Engineers to optimize production processes
