Job summary

Trixxo Nederland zoekt een ervaren CNC Milling Operator om 3-, 4- en 5-as freestechnieken toe te passen en hoogwaardige precisieonderdelen te produceren voor de high-tech sector.

Je werkt met de nieuwste CNC-technologie in een bedrijf dat investeert in zowel machines als personeel. Ervaring met Fanuc is een sterke meerwaarde en je bent gericht op kwaliteit en continue verbetering.

Qualifications

• Kennis van het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen.
• Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en technische inzichten.
• Nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit staan voorop in het werk.

Responsibilities

• Programmeren, instellen en bedienen van 3-, 4- en 5-as CNC freesmachines met Fanuc-besturing.
• Tekening lezen en interpreteren.
• Kiezen van juiste gereedschappen, fixturen en bewerkingsstrategie.
• Vervaardigen van complexe precisieonderdelen voor de high-tech industrie.
• Uitvoeren van dimensional checks en kwaliteitscontroles.
• Continu verbeteren van bewerkingsprocessen en productiviteit.

Earn €3,000 to €3,500 per month | Work with the latest CNC technology as a CNC Milling Operator!| Finish at 2:30 PM every Friday | Build the future of high-tech manufacturing!

You're more than just a CNC Milling Operator. You enjoy programming, solving technical challenges and producing precision components to the highest standards. Over de vacature:

• Programming, setting up and operating 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• Selecting the right tooling, fixtures and machining strategy;
• Producing complex precision parts for the high-tech industry;
• Performing dimensional inspections and quality checks;
• Continuously improving machining processes and production efficiency.
• Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to apply your technical expertise every single day.

Wat wij vragen:

• Experience as a CNC Milling Operator or CNC Programmer;
• Experience with Fanuc controls is a strong advantage;
• Ability to read technical drawings;
• A quality-focused and accurate way of working;
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical insight;
