Qualifications

• Ervaring als CNC Milling Operator of CNC Programmer.
• Ervaring met Fanuc-besturing is een sterke pré.
• Vaardigheid in het lezen van technische tekeningen.
• Kwaliteitsgericht en precies werken.
• Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en technisch inzicht.
• Graag leren en groeien; ondersteuning bij vaardighedenontwikkeling.

Responsibilities

• Programmeren, instellen en bedienen van 3-, 4- en 5-as CNC-frees met Fanuc-besturingen.
• Lezen en interpreteren van tekeningen.
• Selecteren van gereedschappen en opspansystemen.
• Productie van complexe precisie-onderdelen voor de high-tech industrie.
• Uitvoeren van dimensional checks en kwaliteitscontroles.
• Continu verbeteren van bewerkingsprocessen en productiviteit.

Your daily responsibilities

As a CNC Milling Operator / CNC Programmer, you'll manage the complete machining process from programming to producing high-quality precision components.

Your responsibilities include:

• Programming, setting up and operating 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• Selecting the right tooling, fixtures and machining strategy;
• Producing complex precision parts for the high-tech industry;
• Performing dimensional inspections and quality checks;
• Continuously improving machining processes and production efficiency.
