Uitzendbureau zoekt een CNC Milling Machinist voor een internationale marktleider in Breda. Je beheert het hele productieproces aan de CNC-machine en werkt met ten minste drie verschillende CNC-machines.

Je leest tekeningen, stelt machines en gereedschappen in en bewaakt kwaliteit, levertijden en productievoltooiing. Collega's en engineers helpen bij overgang van prototype naar productie, met kansen op een vast dienstverband.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau 3/4 in verspaning/metalworking vereist.
• Ervaring met CNC-bewerking noodzakelijk.
• In staat zijn met verschillende CNC-machines te werken en gereedschappen op te zetten.

Responsibilities

• Besturing en voorbereiding: lees werktekeningen, specificaties en opdrachten.
• CNC-bewerking: productie van onderdelen op 4- en 5-assige machines met Siemens besturing.
• Kwaliteit en productie: zelf controleren, levertijden bewaken en volgens normen werken.

Vacaturebeschrijving Wat je gaat doen

As a CNC Milling Machinist, you will be responsible for the entire production process at the CNC machine. You are able to work with at least three different CNC machines and work closely with the CNC Programmer and Manufacturing Engineer. You ensure that complex components are produced safely, efficiently and according to high quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Work preparation and machine setup: You read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, work orders and ISO programs. You set up the CNC machines and tools and ensure that materials and tools are correctly secured.
• CNC machining: You mill one-off parts, complex products and welded constructions using 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines with Siemens control systems. You mainly work with stainless steel, but also with plastics, steel and other materials.
• Quality and production: You inspect your own work, monitor quality, delivery times and standard times, and ensure that orders are fully completed and components are finished according to the applicable standards.
• Organisation and internal transport: You participate in work meetings and daily start-up meetings, coordinate activities within the team and carry out the required internal transport using, for example, a forklift or overhead crane.
• Maintenance and guidance: You perform first-line maintenance and, where necessary, support and guide colleagues, employees and interns within the team.
• Continuous improvement: You contribute ideas regarding the manufacturability and producibility of products. In addition, you discuss the approach to activities and any potential issues with the Production Manager, Manufacturing Engineer and/or CNC Programmer.
• Product development: You work together with the CNC Programmer and Manufacturing Engineer on the transition from prototype to pilot series and ultimately to production release.

• You have an MBO level 3 or 4 qualification, preferably in Machining/Metalworking;
• You are able to read and interpret technical drawings;
• You have experience with CNC machining;
• You are willing and able to work with different CNC machines;
• You have knowledge of setting up machines and tools;
• You work accurately, systematically and in an organised manner;
• You have an eye for quality and safety;
• You are able to work well with colleagues and share knowledge;

• You are willing to contribute ideas for improvements within the production process;
