Job summary

Trixxo Nederland zoekt een CNC-frezen operator die programma's kan lezen en zelfstandig kan instellen en bedienen. Je werkt met 3, 4 en 5‑assige freestypes en interpreteert technische tekeningen voor precisieonderdelen in de high‑tech sector.

Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met Fanuc-besturingssystemen en werkt nauwkeurig, met een focus op kwaliteit. Er is ruimte voor training en professionele groei, en een stabiele carrière met uitzicht op vast contract.

Qualifications

• Heeft ervaring als CNC Milling Operator of CNC Programmer.
• Voorkeur voor ervaring met Fanuc controls.
• In staat technische tekeningen te lezen.
• Werkt nauwkeurig met focus op kwaliteit.
• Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en technisch inzicht.
• Gretig om te leren en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Responsibilities

• Programmeren, opzetten en bedienen van 3-, 4- en 5-as CNC freestechniek met Fanuc-besturing.
• Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen.
• Kiezen van gereedschap, bevestiging en freesstrategie.
• Productie van complexe precisieonderdelen voor high‑tech industrie.
• Uitvoeren van dimensionale metingen en kwaliteitscontroles.
• Continu verbeteren van bewerkingsprocessen en productie-efficiëntie.

Earn €3,000 to €3,500 per month | Work with the latest CNC technology as a CNC Milling Operator!| Finish at 2:30 PM every Friday | Build the future of high-tech manufacturing!

Over de vacature:

• Programming, setting up and operating 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• Selecting the right tooling, fixtures and machining strategy;
• Producing complex precision parts for the high-tech industry;
• Performing dimensional inspections and quality checks;
• Continuously improving machining processes and production efficiency.

• Experience as a CNC Milling Operator or CNC Programmer;
• Experience with Fanuc controls is a strong advantage;
