Qualifications

• Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures and machining parameters.
• Able to identify quality issues and take corrective action.

Are you an experienced CNC Miller / Frezer who enjoys working with precision, complex components and modern CNC machinery?

For our production location in Reuver, we are looking for a CNC Miller / Frezer Operator to join our machining team.

In this role, you will manufacture high-quality precision components according to technical drawings and specifications. You will be responsible for operating and setting up CNC milling machines, monitoring the machining process and ensuring that every component meets the required dimensional and quality standards.

You will work in a technical production environment where accuracy, quality and craftsmanship are essential.

What will you do?

As a CNC Miller / Frezer Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and setting up CNC milling machines for the production of precision components.
• Preparing the machine, tools, fixtures and materials required for each production order.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Performing machining operations according to the required dimensions and tolerances.
• Selecting and correctly using cutting tools and machining parameters.
• Monitoring the machining process and making adjustments when necessary.
• Checking finished components against drawings, tolerances and quality requirements.
• Identifying deviations and taking appropriate corrective action.
• Performing basic troubleshooting when machining problems occur.
• Ensuring correct registration and documentation of production and quality information.
• Carrying out routine machine checks and supporting basic preventive maintenance.
• Working closely with colleagues from Production, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Contributing ideas to improve machining processes, quality, efficiency and lead times.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and safe workplace.
• Following all applicable safety, quality and production procedures.

What do you bring?

We are looking for a technically skilled and quality-conscious machining professional who enjoys producing accurate components.

Ideally, you have:

• Previous experience as a CNC Miller, CNC Frezer, CNC Machinist, Milling Machine Operator or similar.
• Practical experience operating and setting up CNC milling machines.
• Good understanding of machining and milling processes.
• Ability to independently read and interpret technical drawings.
• Understanding of dimensions, tolerances and preferably GD&T.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers and other dimensional inspection tools.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures and machining parameters.
• Ability to recognize machining or quality problems and take appropriate action.
• A precise, structured and quality-oriented working style.
• Good technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
• Willingness to work according to applicable shift arrangements, if required.
